An order is accepted when we confirm and process it.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment authorization, address verification, fraud review, and operational review. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where we reasonably believe there is an error, risk, misuse, resale activity, fraud concern, or violation of these Terms.

Product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, and shipping information may be updated at any time. If we discover a material error after an order is placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

Customers are responsible for the information they submit.

For personalized products, you are responsible for submitting accurate names, photos, text, colors, sizes, models, styles, design selections, addresses, and other customization details.

• You confirm that you have the right to upload and use any photo, image, text, name, or other material you submit.
• You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, abusive, misleading, or harmful.
• We may reject, cancel, or request replacement content if submitted material is unsuitable for production or may violate third-party rights.

Made-to-order products are difficult to change once started.

Because many IPAWLIO products are personalized or made to order, production may begin soon after order placement. Once production starts, changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges may not be possible except where required by law or covered by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided for planning only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payment must be valid and authorized.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may exclude taxes, duties, import fees, or carrier charges unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide current, accurate payment and billing information.

Payment processors may perform their own authorization, fraud review, and compliance checks. We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by a payment provider, card issuer, or bank.

The website must be used lawfully and respectfully.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, scrape or harvest data, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or use the site in a way that harms IPAWLIO, customers, service providers, or third parties.

Our responsibility is limited where legally permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPAWLIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, product use, delivery delays, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
