Most IPAWLIO custom products are made through our network of skilled partner artists and carefully reviewed before they leave production. The process is intentionally slower than a generic mass-produced gift because the details matter: eye clarity, fur markings, name spelling, material finish, and the emotion the final product carries.
For standard custom pieces, production usually takes 7 to 15 business days after the order details are clear. More complex custom work may take up to 30 days. When details need confirmation before making or dispatch, we contact the customer first.
