Most IPAWLIO pieces are made after your order is placed. This policy explains production time, delivery estimates, customs responsibilities, address accuracy, tracking, and what happens if a parcel is delayed or appears missing.

Because many IPAWLIO products are personalized, delivery time is the total of production time plus shipping time. We do our best to move every order carefully and promptly, but published timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

01 · Production Time

Production begins after payment and order details are received.

For most personalized products, normal production time is approximately 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed and all required custom information has been received.

Advanced custom products normally require 7 business days before shipment. Fully handmade, highly detailed, or labor-intensive custom products may require scheduling and requires scheduling, and the estimated making time will be confirmed with you before production begins.

  • Production time does not include shipping transit time.
  • Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Missing photos, unclear customization details, address issues, payment review, seasonal volume, or product complexity may extend production.
02 · Delivery Estimates

Shipping time starts after the order is dispatched.

After dispatch, most international deliveries are estimated to arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on destination, carrier routing, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, holidays, remote locations, incomplete addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect the final delivery date.

Important timing note

Expedited shipping, if available, shortens the carrier transit method only. It does not shorten the production time for personalized or handmade products unless we expressly confirm this in writing.

03 · Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may involve charges outside checkout.

For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or similar charges may be assessed by the destination country or carrier.

  • Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing can delay delivery and is outside IPAWLIO’s direct control.
  • Customers are responsible for making sure the product can be imported into their destination country.
04 · Address Accuracy

A complete shipping address is essential.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. Please check name, street, apartment or unit number, city, state, postal code, country, phone number, and email before submitting the order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@ipawlio.com. Once an order has entered production, packing, or shipment preparation, address changes may no longer be possible.

  • Failed delivery, returns, re-shipping, storage, address correction, or handling charges caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
05 · Tracking & Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will generally be provided after shipment. Tracking updates may take time to appear and may not update continuously in every destination.

  • Orders with multiple products may be shipped separately.
  • Separate parcels may arrive on different dates.
  • Tracking visibility depends on the shipping method, destination, and local carrier systems.
06 · Delayed, Missing or Delivered Parcels

We will help investigate delivery problems.

Marked as delivered

If tracking shows a parcel was delivered to the address provided at checkout, it will generally be considered delivered, subject to applicable law. Please check household members, neighbors, reception, parcel lockers, mailrooms, and local delivery points first.

Appears lost in transit

If a parcel appears delayed or lost before delivery is completed, contact us at support@ipawlio.com. We may open a carrier investigation, request supporting information, wait for updated carrier status, or offer an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned because duties were unpaid or delivery attempts were missed, non-recoverable shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, or handling costs may be deducted from any available refund where permitted.
