The entire ordering process was smooth from start to finish: uploading the photo, customizing the text, and checking out was all straightforward. The collar arrived earlier than I expected, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and my dog looks so handsome wearing it. 100% recommend to any pet parent.
The overall quality is great, the engraving is sharp, and the leather feels durable. I just wish there were more adjustment holes on the collar, since it’s a little too big for my slender cat even on the tightest setting. I was able to punch a new hole easily enough, though.
