Photo Review & Custom Order Guide
Every IPAWLIO custom piece begins with a customer-provided pet photo. This guide explains how to choose a suitable image, what happens after an order is placed, and when our team may contact you before production.
Choose a Photo That Looks Like Them
- Use a clear, well-lit image with visible eyes, ears, and facial markings.
- Front-facing or gently angled photos usually provide the strongest reference.
- Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, motion blur, dark shadows, and photos where the pet is very small in the frame.
- For multiple pets, use photos with similar lighting and image quality whenever possible.
Photo Quality Review
We review the submitted photo and order details before the custom piece moves into production. If the image is unsuitable or important information is unclear, we may contact you using the email provided at checkout. Prompt replies help prevent production delays.
Order Changes and Revisions
You may request one free customization change within 3 hours after placing the order, before production begins. Include your order number and the corrected detail when contacting support. A digital proof is not automatically included with every product.
Production and Changes
Most personalized products begin production after payment, the required photo, and customization details are received. Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after design review, material preparation, or production has started.
