International Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or similar destination-country charges. The amount and collection method depend on the destination, product classification, declared value, shipping service, and local rules.

What You May Pay at Checkout

If taxes or duties are collected or included at checkout, this will be stated during checkout or in the applicable shipping option. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are prepaid, destination-country charges may remain the customer’s responsibility.

European Union Orders

EU VAT and customs treatment can differ according to the order value and shipping method. Where an eligible Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) arrangement is used, VAT may be collected before shipment for qualifying consignments. Orders outside the applicable arrangement follow the destination’s normal import process. The shipping method shown at checkout and the order confirmation determine how a specific order is handled.
