• Always supervise pets when introducing a new toy, accessory, bed, mat, bowl, tag, or other product.

Some IPAWLIO products may be personalized, customized, printed, engraved, photo-based, or made to order using names, text, pet photos, design selections, uploaded files, sizes, colors, or other customer-submitted details.

By submitting such content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, harmful, or unsuitable material.

• We may review submitted customization content before production begins.
• If content is unlawful, infringing, offensive, technically unusable, low quality, unclear, or otherwise unsuitable, we may request revision, place the order on hold, or cancel it before production.
• Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, photos, sizes, colors, addresses, and other customization details before submitting an order.
• Once a personalized or made-to-order item enters artwork preparation, material reservation, production, printing, engraving, or fulfillment, changes, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or address updates may no longer be possible.
• Because custom items are made for one customer and usually cannot be resold, they are generally final sale except where required by law or where a confirmed quality issue, production error, incorrect item, damage, or fulfillment issue exists.
