International Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or similar destination-country charges. The amount and collection method depend on the destination, product classification, declared value, shipping service, and local rules.

Taxes and Duties at Checkout

Applicable taxes and import duties are covered by IPAWLIO. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges at delivery.

European Union Orders

EU VAT and customs treatment can differ according to the order value and shipping method. Where an eligible Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) arrangement is used, VAT may be collected before shipment for qualifying consignments. Orders outside the applicable arrangement follow the destination’s normal import process. The shipping method shown at checkout and the order confirmation determine how a specific order is handled.

Customs Clearance

Carriers may request identity, order, or customs-clearance information from the recipient. Customs processing and assessments are controlled by destination authorities and may affect delivery timing. Please provide an accurate address, phone number, and email at checkout.
